Potential solutions

Potentially what you do is not allow for organizations to donate to Super pacs so that the dark money aspect is eliminated. That seems like the best route to take I get that it is the most boring route but if this became a law it would probably fix a lot of problems. This would mean that only citizens would be allowed to donate to super pacs. I don’t know if that really fixes the problem so I’m going to keep tinkering on this live. It’s kind of an ongoing project anyways. Another potential solution would be to split 501c4 organizations into two categories and make it so one is domestic only and only allows for domestic donations. Those would be allowed to donate to super pacs but others would not. Still spitballing and thinking.
